This class is perfect for beginners and those looking to gently nurture their body's flexibility, mobility, strength, and stability in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Gentle Warm-Up: The class begins with a rhythymic warm-up, focusing on awakening the body and preparing your muscles for the workout ahead. This warm-up is designed to increase blood flow, enhance joint mobility, and gradually build flexibility through a series of low-impact, movements set to music.
Strength Workout: After our bodies are warmed up and ready, we transition into a strength workout. This segment concentrates on building strength and stability, targeting key muscle groups with exercises that are performed while seated or standing. This approach makes strength training accessible and manageable, reducing the risk of injury and ensuring that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can participate and benefit.
Accessibility: Entire class can be conducted SEATED, if you prefer. This class is designed with beginners in mind, making it a great choice for anyone just starting their fitness journey or looking to get back into exercise after a break.
