They create such an inviting atmosphere, where joy/play, mindfulness, curiosity and self-expression are encouraged.. There’s a beautiful sense of connection and community and palpable shared energy here too, that's part of the magic! The studio offers tons of great classes like yoga, dance/Nia, strength training, hula hoop dance and more, and each one carries that same uplifting energy. All of the instructors bring their own unique style/talent and often will weave in themes that stick with you beyond class. SoulShine makes it easy to integrate your own growth and healing through play and movement and being in community. The owner is amazing. I attended a bridal shower which was not the original location that it was supposed to take place in but everything happens for a reason. I had a private yoga party here; we did a combo of gentle and yin yoga.
